It is often assumed that only those who participate in sport and exercise will reap the benefits of stretching. However, even everyday activities can play a part in increasing muscle tightness and tension, causing a decrease in range of movement and flexibility. Over time this will increase the likelihood of suffering from injuries and poor posture.
